DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the parties for the sale of services provided by Vip Transfer Antalya.

2. Subject
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions regarding the purchase of transfer services offered via Vip Transfer Antalya. The Buyer purchases the service by making a reservation through the website.
3. Description and Sale of the Service
The Seller provides all information, pricing, and service details related to the transfer services offered by Vip Transfer Antalya on its website. The Buyer purchases the transfer service at the conditions and prices stated on the website.
4. Price and Payment
The price of the service will be calculated based on the prices displayed on the website. The Buyer may make the payment using a credit card, debit card, or other payment methods. Credit card and payment information is processed through secure payment systems.
5. Moment of Contract Formation
This Agreement becomes effective upon the Buyer completing the reservation and making the payment through the website. This transaction signifies the Buyer’s acceptance of the service and the payment terms.
6. Service Delivery and Cancellation
The Buyer will receive the transfer service on the requested date. The Seller is obliged to provide the service on the specified date.
Cancellations or changes to the service must be made by the Buyer at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled within this period, the full amount will be refunded. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be fully refunded.
7. Buyer’s Obligations
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information when receiving the service. The Buyer must be ready at the scheduled time on the day of the transfer. In case of delay, an additional fee may be charged.
8. Seller’s Obligations
The Seller commits to delivering the requested transfer service in the best possible manner. The Seller will provide the vehicle and driver information to the Buyer in advance of the service date.
9. Right of Withdrawal from Distance Agreement
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty, provided that the transfer service has not yet started. Once the service has commenced, the right of withdrawal is void.
10. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The Seller will only use the Buyer’s personal information for the purpose of providing the service and will not share it with third parties. The Buyer agrees to the processing and storage of their personal data.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be settled in the courts of Antalya. The parties agree that Turkish law will apply.
12. Enforcement
This Agreement shall enter into force upon confirmation by the Buyer. By completing the reservation, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the terms of the Agreement.
13. Other Provisions
The parties have the right to make amendments to this Agreement. However, any changes must be communicated to the Buyer in advance and approved by the Buyer.
